Meeting Minutes

1. Preparation for Open House

• Planners won’t be available at Open House due to extended delivery date

• Volunteer Table

1.  Contract for all volunteers

2. Request parents to volunteer 5 hours a school year

3. Call volunteers on Friday for placements

4. Suggested Volunteer Needs

• Media Center

• Field Trip Chaperones

• Distribute Fundraisers

• Cafeteria Duty (am/pm)

• Classroom Helper

• Career Day

• Uniform Incentive Activities

• PTSA Sale Day

• Teacher Appreciation

1.  Parent Volunteers will purchase volunteer t-shirts

2. Business Partners Needed

• Support field trip out of pocket expenses

• Provide Guest Speakers

• Build partnerships between school and the community

2. Build a sponsor wall

3. Bronze, Silver, Gold Level

4. $300 – Gold: Full page yearbook ad and a large plaque

5. $200 – Silver: Half-page yearbook ad and medium size plaque

6. $100 – Bronze: Fourth page yearbook ad and small plaque

7. $50 – Name on Jaguar Patron page in yearbook

3. Amended budget to reflect increase for student recognition

4. PTSA will sell food after school during the second week of every month

5. PTSA Board Meetings will be 3^rd Monday of every month

6. Great American Fundraiser has been delayed until September
