Meeting Minutes
1. Profit Goal for the Year: $15,000 - $20,000; Budget was shared and approved by the board
2. Alan Messer, Great American Opportunities presented a suggestion for a fundraiser. After further discussion, the board agreed to accept the terms of the fundraiser.
Items to sell: Cookie dough and gift items
One order form for all brochures
Best product is cookie dough
Cookie dough will be shipped to school to the attention of Mrs. Ellington
Parents will be called to pick up immediately
Parent Prize Program: Sell 10 items receive one item free from any of the brochures
Student Incentive Program: Select prizes/merchandise from Prize Vault
Teachers will be asked to promote fundraiser; Each team will receive a goal sheet
Meet the goal and the teacher will be able to select an item from any of the brochures
Mr. Messer will present fundraiser to students during assembly program
Checks will be accepted
All products are guaranteed; Parents/Customers can contact Great American Opportunities if not satisfied with product
Mrs. Fox will meet with Dr. Williams and secure dates to start fundraiser and dates for the assembly
3. PTSA will participate in Open House – August 5

Planners have been ordered; Non-engraved planners will be available at Open House
Mrs. Fox, Mrs. Ellington and Mrs. King will meet at 3:00 p.m. to organize the tables for PTSA
4. PTSA will sponsor a Back to School Breakfast for Teachers on August 3, 2015
5. PTSA would like to sponsor field trips in October; Out of pocket expenses for students will depend on profit from fundraiser
